广西百色—粤港澳大湾区首条集装箱班轮航线开通******
中新网百色1月6日电(记者 杨陈)1月6日，满载着铝锭集装箱的“兴桂1091”船舶从广西百色港头塘作业区缓缓驶出，百色港头塘作业区开港，百色—粤港澳大湾区集装箱班轮航线正式开通。
百色地处西部陆海新通道核心节点。百色港作为中国内河地区性重要港口之一，是西南水运出海南线通道和打造西江“亿吨黄金水道”的重要组成部分。
图为集装箱在百色港头塘作业区吊装上船。 龙启柏 摄百色市人民政府副市长李玉成介绍，目前当地已专门修编了百色港总体规划，争取国家和自治区同意右江航道按Ⅲ级以上纳入国家和自治区水运航道规划，专门出台支持粤港澳大湾区集装箱班轮航线的补贴政策。未来，随着百色水利枢纽通航设施工程、黄桶百色铁路与平陆运河同步建成，右江黄金水道将成为川滇黔货物通湾区、出大海的最便捷通道。
当天开港的头塘作业区是百色港的重要港口之一，项目分两个阶段建设，使用岸线1000米，建设规模为10个1000吨级泊位，设计年通过能力270万吨，概算总投资约5.6亿元(人民币，下同)。目前已完成第一阶段建设，建成9#、10#泊位，可实现年吞吐量100万吨，投入资金2.97亿元。
广西百色西江投资发展有限公司董事长班玉满介绍，与常规的汽运价格相比，开展集装箱运输后，从百色到珠三角地区的物流价格每吨可减少30元，大大降低腹地企业进出口运输成本。在珠江—西江经济带推动集装箱运输常态化、班轮化和集约化，将形成一条“绿色、畅通、便捷、高效”的水上运输通道。

广西桂科院铝业有限公司总经理陈治武告诉记者，百色-粤港澳大湾区集装箱班轮航线的开通，有利于该企业最大化承接云南、贵州、广西等三省区向内陆输送铝资源，有效平衡铝产品的运输效率和运输成本问题。通过规模化发展和引导返程货源，还可以大幅降低综合物流成本。
据悉，百色—粤港澳大湾区集装箱班轮航线开通以及接下来的天天班运营，也是构建全新的港口供应链生态圈的重要举措，它将发货人、航运公司、物流公司、港口码头、收货人、第三方监管、金融等主体有效结合，促进门到门、端到端货物流通模式的发展，形成物流、信息流、资金流、商流相辅相成的生态圈。(完)

As the most grueling House speaker election in the past 164 years, the election has highlighted the defects of the country’s "confrontational democracy". The election once reached a stalemate due to intense partisan strife, inner-party struggle among the Republicans, uneven distribution of interests, and more. Democratic Party members forged a close alliance, refusing to vote for McCarthy, while about 20 Republicans also declined to cast ballots for the GOP leader. Except for his unpopular role as a "political speculator" in Congress, McCarthy’s hard-won election can be attributed to turmoil within the Republican Party.
